Charlotte joined Land Law LLP in 2015 and qualified in 2022. She is based in our Altrincham office.

Charlotte works within the firms real estate team, assisting clients with a wide variety of transactions. Charlottes areas of expertise include:

  • commercial leases and let portfolio work providing legal advice for landlords 
  • drainage easements and leases 
  • easements for rights of way and utilities 
  • complex title deduction and site assembly 
  • utility and infrastructure agreements 

In her spare time Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family.
