Diana works as a consultant, providing back up support in complex commercial transactions and a knowledgeable sounding board for difficult problems. She has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of property related matters having completed over 50 years in practice.
Her principal areas of expertise include:
• Acquisitions, sales and development related work for commercial, industrial and retail premises
• Complicated leasehold transactions
Diana’s clients have included private and public institutions and public sector bodies, as well as individuals with a commercial focus.
Diana was a trustee director of a large national charity which is locally based for over ten years and was for many years a governor at a leading local girl’s school as well as being a member of network groups for women in business and involved at national level with the Association of Women Solicitors. Her present remaining non-work time is taken up with family related activities, gardening and reading and pursuing interests in the arts.
