Fay is a real estate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in dealing with commercial real estate. 

Fay deals with all aspects of commercial real estate with an emphasis on landlord and tenant transactions, her experience includes:

  • Complex/high value landlord and tenant work (both from investor and occupier side);
  • Conditional and subject to development leasehold acquisitions;
  • Acquisition and sales of commercial property; and
  • Process improvement and technology initiatives.

Fay took an unconventional career path working in law firms as a school leaver studying part time to qualify as a legal executive and subsequently a solicitor.  Fay qualified in 2009 with Addleshaw Goddard LLP and has spent a large part of her career working for national and international law firms including Eversheds LLP, Addleshaw Goddard LLP and most recently, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.  Fay also spent time as an in-house solicitor with a large pet retailer.

In her spare time, Fay enjoys spending time with family and friend, dining out and exploring new walks with her husband and dog.
