Gemma graduated from Cardiff University with a 2:1 LLB Hons Law in 2012 and graduated from the Legal Practice Course the following year. Following three years’ experience in Cardiff based law firms, Gemma joined Land Law to complete a training contract and qualified in August 2018. 

Gemma is a member of the real estate team and assists clients with: 

  • All aspects of Landlord and Tenant work
  • Disposals and acquisitions of commercial premises 
  • Carrying out title investigations 
  • SDLT and Land Registry applications


In her spare time Gemma enjoys running, walking and travelling.
