Heather is a transactional real estate solicitor. She deals with a with a wide range of property matters with a particular enthusiasm for landlord and tenant work.

Heather has previously worked at both Eversheds LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland) and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP each for a number of years and has acted for a wide range of clients across a number of different sectors.

Her experience includes:

Leading a team managing the portfolio of one of the UK’s largest supermarkets as landlord
Supervising a lease renewal project of over 700 leases acting for a large bank as tenant
Dealing with acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate acting for both buyer and seller
Acting on volume LPA receiver auction sales
Innovating legal services to drive efficiencies for the provision of straightforward, high quality legal advice and first-rate client service.
Training and supervising emerging talent

Outside of the office Heather enjoys walking with her dogs, tennis, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
