Jenny is a transactional real estate Partner based in our Altrincham office acting for a variety of clients on all aspects of commercial property work.
Her areas of expertise include:

  • freehold and leasehold acquisitions;
  • disposals of commercial property including disposals of land for residential and commercial development advising on conditional contracts, building licences, development leases, easements and complex title issues;
  • lease and asset management;
  • investment sales;
  • utility agreements;
  • energy and infrastructure including acting for landowners in connection with gas peaking plants, battery storage facilities and solar farms;
  • providing tactical advice and bespoke drafting for challenging development sites.

Jenny trained and qualified at Land Law LLP.

In her spare time Jenny enjoys walking in the Lake District and spending time with family.
