Nicola is a partner in the transactional property team providing commercial, common sense and timely advice to investors on the acquisition, disposal and management of their property portfolios. Nicola also provides expert advice and support to corporate occupier clients. 

Recent experience includes:

  • Acting for an investor on the forward funding of a retail development.
    Advising an investor client on the disposal of a number of multi-let retail developments.
    Acting for a large multi-national occupier in connection with a lease of factory premises for the expansion of its business.


Nicola joined Land Law in 2017, having previously worked in a number of other firms in and around Manchester and having spent several years lecturing in property law at the College (now University) of Law. She has been a partner in the firm since 2019 and her expertise has been recognised for several years in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
