Siân is a solicitor with over 15 years of experience in property litigation. Siân has acted for a wide range of clients including commercial landlords and tenants, mortgage lenders, developers and receivers.

Siân has experience advising clients on a variety of property issues including:
•    all aspects of landlord and tenant litigation including dilapidations
•    lease renewals and forfeiture; boundary disputes
•    adverse possession
•    actions against trespassers and easements

Siân also acts for commercial landlords in pursuing claims for rent arrears and possession proceedings.

Siân completed her training with Shoosmiths LLP, qualifying in 2009, before joining Land Law LLP in April 2017. Siân is a member of the Property Litigation Association and was appointed as a Fee-Paid Legal Chair of the Residential Property Tribunal (Wales) in 2021.
